When he’s not busy helping customers, you can find him exploring new restaurants (especially if they serve Korean food!), humming along to his favorite musicals, or planning his next travel adventure. He also has a soft spot for animals and loves spending time in nature.

Ai is the heart of our operations, ensuring your orders are processed and shipped with care. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. She’s passionate about creating a seamless experience for every customer. Outside of work, Ai enjoys relaxing with a good book and a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. She shares a love for animals and musicals, and you might also find her experimenting with fermentation projects or exploring the fascinating world of medical plants. From kombucha to kimchi to herbal remedies, Ai is always learning and creating!

Role: Official Office Cat
Our 18 years old grande dame Mimi is our most purrfect team member! She brings a sense of calm and joy to the office, reminding us to take breaks and appreciate the little things. Her responsibilities include supervising all office activities (mostly napping), testing the comfort level of all chairs, and occasionally offering her “expert” opinion on packaging materials. Mimi’s favorite things include fish (of course!), long naps, and generally being adored by everyone.
