One Click Japan offers certified translations of foreign driver’s licenses into Japanese. Our services are intended for individuals who need their licenses translated and recognized by Japanese authorities.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. Any misuse of our services, including providing false information, is prohibited and may result in service termination.
All payments for services must be made in advance. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Cancellations and Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our translation services, refunds are generally not possible once the processing of the document has begun.
In the event that an order is cancelled or a refund is requested before the translation process has started, but after the user has ignored explicit warnings in the order form, we reserve the right to retain an administrative fee of 10% of the total order value. This fee covers non-refundable transaction costs (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) and the administrative effort involved in the cancellation.
This fee applies particularly, but not exclusively, to the following scenarios:
Ineligible Documents: If the order must be cancelled because the provided driver’s license is expired, physically damaged, or too old to be processed, despite our requirements being stated during the ordering process.
Incorrect Service Selection (Full Refund): If the user selects an incorrect service option (e.g., choosing international shipping despite a fast-approaching arrival date in Japan) and the order cannot be fulfilled as requested due to physical or logistical impossibility.
Incorrect Service Selection (Partial Refund): If the user selects a service that results in a partial refund due to switching delivery options (e.g., from physical shipping to 7-Eleven printing) because the user has ignored explicit warnings in the order form. In this case, the 10% administrative fee will be calculated based on the total original order value and deducted from the refund amount.
In these cases, the 10% fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We strive to deliver translations within the specified timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. One Click Japan is not liable for any losses resulting from such delays.
Coverage: Travel Protection is an optional €10 add-on available at checkout for orders with 7-Eleven delivery. It entitles you to one (1) replacement of your translation if your printed copy is lost, forgotten, or damaged during your trip.
Validity Period: Coverage applies for up to 30 days starting from the date of your first print (or your estimated travel date).
Fulfillment & Processing Time: Replacements are issued as a new Netprint code for pick-up at convenience stores in Japan. Please note that a loss requires submitting a new application to JAF, which typically takes 1–2 business days. While we try our best to issue same-day replacements during business days, this depends on JAF’s workload and the time your request is received. Immediate weekend or instant replacements are not possible.
Exclusions: Travel Protection does not cover changes to the original translation content, requests submitted after the 30-day window, or requests for physical postal re-delivery.
Non-Refundable: The Travel Protection fee is non-refundable once the original translation request has been submitted to JAF. We reserve the right to decline claims in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Scope of Service: We offer an optional assistance service (€25) to attempt securing a reservation at the Pokémon Café on your behalf. We do not operate or own the Pokémon Café and cannot guarantee successful bookings, as availability depends entirely on venue capacity.
Guest & Venue Rules: The customer is responsible for ensuring all guest details provided are correct. Children and babies count toward the total guest limit. Per café regulations, every guest aged 6 and older must order at least one food or beverage item on site.
100% Refund on Failure: If we are unable to secure any of your 3 requested dates/time windows, you will receive a full 100% refund (€25) with no processing fees deducted.
Cancellation Prior to Booking: You can cancel your reservation request up to 48 hours before your chosen date, provided we have not secured a table yet. If you cancel before a slot is secured, a 10% processing fee (€2.50) will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.
Non-Refundable Once Secured: Once a reservation has been confirmed with the café, our service is considered fully delivered and the €25 fee is strictly non-refundable.
Table Release & Group Limits: If you can no longer attend after a reservation has been confirmed, you may request that we release the table back to the café, but no money will be returned. Cancelling individual seats from a linked group reservation is not supported. Once a booking has been released, you may not use it to enter the café, as the table will be reallocated by the venue.
Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
One Click Japan is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under Japanese jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
