Only the delivery method varies:

1. EMS Shipping (Express Mail Service) – The Fastest Home Delivery

Need your translation as quickly as possible before your trip? EMS shipping is the ideal choice. Once your translation is completed (24-48h), express postal delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days.

2. International Standard Shipping

Suitable if your trip to Japan is planned for two months or more in advance. After your document is issued (24-48h), standard shipping takes about 12 to 25 business days depending on the destination country.

3. Delivery to Your Accommodation in Japan

If you already know your hotel or stay in Japan, having the translation sent directly to your accommodation is a great option. Please place your order at least 14 days before your arrival to ensure smooth local delivery.

4. Self-Print at 7-Eleven in Japan

Traveling to Japan in a few days and don’t have your translation yet? This option is perfect for you! Once your translation is processed (24-48h), we email you a print code so you can print your document 24/7 at any 7-Eleven store across Japan.

It is also our most affordable option. Ideally, place your order a few days to a week before arrival, as JAF translation services do not operate on weekends or public holidays in Japan.
